Responsibilities
- Assisting the kitchen team in high-quality food making process.
- Maintaining smooth daily food production & kitchen operation.
- Understanding of kitchen hygiene practices, keeping the kitchen cleanliness.
- Working with kitchen team to achieve goals.
- Involving in control of food costs according to budgets.
Requirements
- Must have good knowledge and relevant experience of culinary technique.
- Motivated with a willingness to learn & be a good collaborator.
- Able to communication in English.
- With valid HKID and fully vaccinated is necessary.
