Solution Engineer, Service Transformation

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate as a member of a central operation center to analyze data collected by cutting-edge technology (e.g., IoT) and systems related to lifts and escalators.
• Analyze collected data to identify correlations among different sets of data.
• Identify potential risks, analyze root causes, and recommend constructive solutions based on remote monitoring findings.
• Develop proof-of-concept solutions using Raspberry Pi, Arduino, or other MCU platforms.
• Create troubleshooting analyses and incident investigation reports.
• Conduct trial tests and feasibility studies for improvement solutions.
• Present analysis results and solutions to the management team and field staff.
• Implement ad-hoc projects related to data insight using programming tools.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical, Electronic, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work effectively in team projects and a passion for problem-solving.
• Knowledge or practical skills in MCU platforms sensor applications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, etc.
• Knowledge of IoT, API, and machine learning would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
