Social Worker (Shau Kei Wan) (Ref : SWb / JCCCP)

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct professional services including individual case management and group programmes to out-of-home youth and person in recovery;
• Liaise with referring agencies and social workers to ensure holistic care planning;
• Facilitate youth engagement in hall-led activities, peer support groups, and community-based projects;
• Identify and mobilize internal and external resources to support service users;
• Provide training and guidance to life coaches, volunteers, and mentors;
• Prepare and submit up-to-date documentation of work and services, including programme plans and evaluations, financial reports;
• Maintain effective communication with internal units and external partners;
• Ensure smooth daily operations, and handle emergencies and service inquiries.

Requirements :

• Registered social worker under the Social Workers Registration Board;
• Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in youth or social housing services;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills;
• Commitment to youth empowerment, mental wellness, and social inclusion.
