Site Safety Supervisor

About the role

As a Site Safety Supervisor at Apex Curtain Wall & Engineering Co., Limited, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental compliance of our construction projects. This full-time position is responsible for implementing and monitoring safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a strong safety culture on site.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist Registered Safety Officer to implement, maintain, monitor and reviewSafety Management Regulation
2. Participate in safety meetings and related activities
3. Carry out site safety inspection, incidents or accident investigations, risk assessment and safety training
4. Prepare safety report and materials for safety promotion and safety training
5. Maintaining comprehensive records of safety activities, inspections and incidents
6. Assist in ad hoc assignments when required

What we're looking for

1. Form 5 or above
2. Certificate holder for Safety Supervisor with valid green card
3. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Site Safety Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
4. Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and best practices
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with workers, managers, and regulatory authorities
6. Proficient in report writing and data analysis to monitor and improve safety performance
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to promote a positive safety culture
8. Immediately available is highly preferred
