Site Foreman

• High Diploma, or Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in property maintenance and repair works in Property Management Company;
• Practical hands-on experience in managing residential properties is necessary;
• Prepare quotation and tender document for maintenance works;
• Good communication skills;
• Supervising technicians for routine maintenance works; and
• Handling emergency and routine maintenance works;
• Preferable with Grade A Registered Electrical Workers’ (REW) License or Recognised Safety Supervisor Certificate.
