Site Foreman (Fitout Works)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for facility maintenance
• Arrange tools & materials for the work
• Monitor site progress to ensure the schedule on track
• Manage project documentation, administrative support, submissions, material handling etc
• Liaise and co-ordinate with all parties
• Night work required
• Travelling to Macau Occasionally

Requirements

• Non-Degree Tertiary
• Punctual, responsible, self-motivated, well organized
• Good knowledge in fitting out/ Construction industries
• Good command of English
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
• Class 2 driving license will be an advantage
• Retails industry experience will be an advantage
• Immediate available is preferred
