Site Agent (A & A Project)

Responsibilities:

• To assist in Contract Manager/Project Manager in preparation of submissions.
• To gather and analyse data relating to work progress, adequacy and effectiveness.
• To monitor overall contractual and technical matters for the project.
• To control and supervise overall site activities and liaise with client's representatives and sub-contractors.

Requirements:

• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the relevant construction field , the last 2 years of which shall be in A & A work
• Be proficient in spoken English and Cantonese and written English and Chinese.
• A holder of a higher certificate or issued by The Hong Kong Institute of Vocation Education in Building Studies or equivalent .
