  • To perform daily operations in the retail shop including stock management, visual merchandising and reporting, etc.
  • Replenishing stock and maintenance of retail room displays
  • Gather customer feedback to enhance service and customer experience
  • Respond to customer enquiry in Ecommerce platform (Facebook/ Instagram/ WhatsApp/ website) promptly
  • Collaborate with internal parties for customers' enquiries and/ or complaints
  • To be a brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the luxury brand and products to the customers


Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum 1-year of Retail & CS experience is preferred
  • Experience in retail start up team is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and/or external contacts
  • Passion for building customer loyalty by carefully listening, building rapport and providing extraordinary customer care, using strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident computer skills are vital as you’ll be using multiple tools and systems daily
  • Excellent time management & multi-tasking skills
  • Bilingual in a combination of two of the following, Cantonese, Mandarin or English
  • Careful, responsible, hard-working and love the fast pace of work
    Availability: Candidates who can start immediately preferred


Working hours

  • 每星期工作5天,輪班工作 (包括星期六日及公眾假期),每天9小時 (1 hr meal break)
  • 如公司做直播的日子,有機會需要返15:00-00:00 夜更
