Shipping Clerk

Responsibilities

• Source different types of wines, spirits, and liquors, including exquisite and rare items
• Monitor price changes and keep the inventory updated
• Initial order forecast and follow up inventory planning with sales team and account department
• Maintain solid relationships with suppliers and possible events collaborations
• Participate in exhibition, wine tasting and promotion events for brand promotion
• Handling of purchase orders, pricing, shipping, goods receiving documents and processes
• Monthly report of inventory, purchase planning and market trend
• Ensure timely delivery and inventory management
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product positioning

Requirements

• 2 Years relevant experience, F.5 or Diploma above,
• Proficient in English and Chinese in written and spoken
• Good computer skills such as MS Office is essential.
• Initiative and hardworking, mature and good communication skills;
• Has working experience in trading & warehouse is an advantage
• Level 2 in WSET preferred
