About the role

This full-time Shipping Clerk role at Prime 23 Limited is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team.. You will play a key role in supporting our Import/Export & Customs operations, ensuring the efficient and compliant movement of goods.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing shipping documentation such as customs declarations, bills of lading, and other relevant paperwork
• Coordinating with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to facilitate the timely clearance and delivery of imported/exported goods
• Tracking shipment status and proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure orders are fulfilled on time
• Maintaining accurate records and inventory of all shipments
• Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise during the shipping process
• Providing administrative support to the logistics and operations team as needed

What we're looking for

HKDSE / HKCEE or above

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a garment trading company is required
• Experience in container loading and consolidation required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Good command of English and Mandarin
• Full set of shipping documents
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask

• Proficient in data entry and the use of shipping/logistics software
