Shipping Clerk (19K+)

JOB DUTIES
- Communicate with customers and arrange shipments
- Follow up and monitor shipment and prepare shipping documents
- Handle Customs declaration by Tradelink
- Occasionally process L/C documents
- Provide support to administration and accounting team

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Form 5 or above and with 5 years experience
- Able to communicate by emails in Chinese and English
- Knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel 
-  Well organized, self-motivated, responsible

Immediate availability is preferred. 
