Responsibilities

• Provide support to Restaurant Manager in managing the daily operation.
• Greet guests on arrival and serve dishes to guests, make recommendations to them according to their preference.
• Implement marketing activities to drive sales and revenue for the restaurant.
• Maintain the high level of hygiene, cleanliness and quality standard for the restaurant.

Requirements

• A passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience and a hunger to learn.
• Ability to multitask.
• Experience in high-end restaurant is highly preferred.
• Effective communication in English, able to communicate to guest and be a good collaborator.
• With valid HKID and fully vaccinated is necessary.
