Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply Chain Planning & Optimization:

    • Develop and optimize overseas supply chain strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Establish and maintain robust supply chain management systems, including planning, order fulfillment, and inventory control.
    • Forecast demand changes and adjust supply chain capabilities to ensure scalability and efficiency.

    • Continuous production planning
  • Order Delivery & Fulfillment Management:

    • Manage the full lifecycle of sales orders, from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment (OTIF - On-Time In-Full).
    • Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to allocate orders to overseas factories, manage procurement and production schedules, and resolve delivery issues.
    • Oversee international logistics, optimize transportation plans, and address critical issues such as customs clearance, tariffs, and shipping delays.
    • Monitor demand and inventory levels to prevent overstock or stockouts, collaborating with sales teams to develop inventory digestion strategies.

  • Factory & Operational Coordination:

    • Track production progress at overseas factories, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules and quality standards.
    • Plan mid- to long-term capacity and workforce needs for overseas factories, aligning with demand forecasts.
    • Drive continuous improvement in factory supply chain operations, enhancing fulfillment capabilities and operational efficiency.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Act as the key liaison between internal teams (sales, R&D, quality) and external partners (factories, logistics providers) to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations.
    • Maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and logistics partners to support stable supply chain performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or logistics, with a focus on international operations.
  • Strong understanding of global supply chain processes, including procurement, production planning, and international logistics.
  • Proficiency in ERP/SCM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with experience managing cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex issues (e.g., customs, delays, production anomalies).
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs processes, and cost optimization strategies.
  • Fluency in speaking Cantonese, Mandarin and English .
