Senior Sales Associate (Trading Card & Card Grading Industry)

About the role

Join the dynamic team at HOBBYX as a Senior Sales Associate in the trading card and card grading industry. This full-time role is based in Yau Tsim Mong District and will see you playing a key part in the success of this growing retail business.

What you'll be doing

• Train and mentor junior sales associates, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Build and maintain strong connections with clients, offering personalized experience and exceptional service.
• Assisting customers with product selection, placing orders, and answering inquiries
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, and after-sales services with professionalism and care.
• Maintaining product displays and inventory, ensuring the store is well-stocked and organised, and creating a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
• Develop, implement, and oversee product entries in the backend system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, uncover issues, and recommend strategies for improvement to enhance overall company performance.
• Stay updated on trading cards, product knowledge, and brand history to educate and inform clients.
• Collaborating with the team to identify opportunities for improving the customer experience
• Assist in organizing and executing in-store events to enhance the customer experience.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better serve customers

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a retail or sales role and have managed a team of people
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive, customer-focused environment
• Good numeracy skills and attention to detail for handling sales transactions
• Enthusiasm for the trading card and card grading industry and a willingness to continuously learn
• Proficient in using computers with practical experience in Microsoft Excel or Office Suite for data management and analysis.

Working Hour

• Standard Hours: 12:00 PM–9:00 PM
• 8 days off per month
