Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement training for staff to improve service quality
  • Coordinate in-house and outsourced training activities such as preparation of training materials
  • Organize quality service campaign to enhance service standard
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training activities
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to achieve service awards.
  • Responsible for external awards applications
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in Training / Quality Management or other related industry
  • Good knowledge in customer experience, grooming and business etiquette
  • Candidate with experience in Property Management / Hospitality is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Powerpoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Organized, analytical with good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation and able to work independently
