Senior Project Coordinator / Project Coordinator

• Degree / High diploma holder in Building Studies/Construction Management.
• 5 years or above post graduated experience minimum 3 years of experience in residential / commercial projects, experience in aluminium window and curtain wall is required.
• TCP (T3 / T1) qualification.
• Need to coordinate with superiors, contractors, and all other colleagues in project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, MS project, etc.
• Knowledge in technical drawings & Auto CAD is preferred.
• Mature, self-motivated, detail-oriented and good communication skills.
• Fluency in spoken and writing in both English and Chinese.
• Applicants with less experience will be considered for the post of a Project Coordinator.
