Job Purpose 職位目的:

Coordinate collaboration between the church and Agency regarding pastoral care, in alignment with HR and training policies, to enhance staff coping abilities in managing work and life pressures
配合機構人事及人材訓練政策,按需要協調堂會與機構在牧養關顧上的配搭和協作,提升員工的解困能力,處理員工工作及生活上的壓力和情緒困擾,以達至支援機構員工的目的

Job Responsibilities主要工作職責:

  • Provide spiritual support to staff through pastoral care, fostering employee engagement and participation

透過靈性關顧,為機構員工提供靈性支援,提升員工作熱誠和參與度;

  • Assist in executing missionary activities related to the Agency and the church

協助執行機構內與本會安素堂宣教活動

  • Provide comprehensive pastoral care services to all staff within the Agency, offering mental health support and enhancing the Agency’s Christian image, mission, and values. The goal is to cultivate a social service environment that embodies Christian principles and values

為本處機構所有員工提供全面牧養關顧服務,為同工提供心靈健康的支援服務,配合及加強機構基督化形象、使命和價值,營造散發基督信仰價值的社會服務環境;

  • Participate in organization-level working groups/projects

參與機構層面的工作小組/項目;

  • Execute tasks assigned by the (pastoral care task force) and the Director

履行機構牧顧工作專責小組及總幹事指派之工作

 

Requirements 職位要求與資歷:

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Theology or higher

持有神道學碩士/神道學學士或以上之資格

  • Minimum seven years of full-time pastoral experience

七年或以上全職牧會經驗

  • Experience in social work or counseling is preferred

具社工/輔導訓練及相關經驗優先考慮

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support staff.

具備出色的人際交往及溝通技巧,以有效支援員工。
