Senior Manager / Manager - Mechanical Engineering

Major Responsibilities

• Lead Mechanical Engineer to handle product development projects with overseas and local customers
• Responsible for new product design and development from NPI to Mass production
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Monitor projects schedule to ensure all deliverables are completed on time
• Conduct development schedule and cost analysis, review new product
• Design verification and trouble shooting

• Station or daily travel to Shenzhen Office
   

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Holder in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Work in Shenzhen; with dormitory provided
• Solid knowledge and experience in plastic injection, metal stamping
• Solid knowledge and experience in small electronic device design
• Solid knowledge and experience in safety and regulatory standard
• Expert knowledge in using 3D CAD system (Pro-E/SolidWorks preferred) for mechanical design
• Hand-on Experience in FEA analysis will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Fluent English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Be responsible and able to work under pressure
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Mechanical Manager
