Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer with a solid foundation in algorithms to join our technology team. You will work closely with product managers, and engineers to develop AI-driven innovative products that drive the intelligent transformation of our core business.

What you will be responsible for

• Participate in the design and development of AI-related projects, focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision (CV)
• Build and optimize deep learning models, and carry out model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Process and clean both structured and unstructured data to create high-quality training datasets
• Select and fine-tune algorithms based on business needs to improve model performance

• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies, write technical documentation, and share knowledge within the team

  
  

We would like to have

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Electronic Engineering, or other related fields; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in at least one mainstream deep learning framework such as PyTorch, or TensorFlow
• Strong programming skills in Python with solid engineering practices and clean coding habits
• Familiar with common machine learning and deep learning algorithms such as CNN, RNN, Transformer, etc.
• Knowledge of model deployment tools such as ONNX, TensorRT, TorchScript, FastAPI, Docker, etc.

• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
