Senior Logistics Supervisor (Double pay)

Savino Del Bene is looking for a Senior Logistics Supervisor to support the Logistics Operation Manager in the daily implementation of the operations, including disciplinary matters, work schedules, task segregation, process management, etc., located in Sheung Shui, N.T. Hong Kong.

Job Descriptions:

·         Coordinating inbound and outbound freight shipments from suppliers to warehouses or directly to customers

·         Effectively organize and handle the warehouse space to ensure the receipt and dispatch of the orders

·         General administration for the warehouse equipment and resources

·         Communicating with vendors / transporters to ensure that they deliver goods on time in full and cost competitiveness

·         Scheduling warehouse worker's working hours and assigning tasks to meet deadlines

·         Scheduling and supervising containers loading/unloading and the necessary resources

·         Responsible for effective logistics operation including warehousing and delivery transportation

·         Manage daily warehouse operations such as pick & pack, loading & unloading, re-labeling, storage, delivery, goods return, and warehouse security

·         Lead a warehouse & logistics team and deploy proper resources to ensure accurate inventory and timely delivery

·         Inventory control / data entry

·         Ensure safety inside the warehouse

·         Define internal KPIs

·         Reporting line: Logistics Operation Manager

Requirements:

• DSE or above

• With 3 years of experience in the warehouse field in the Logistics and Forwarding industry
  with at least 2 years at the supervisory level

• Good knowledge in MS office; (Word & Excel)
• Good command of English & Mandarin
