Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Operations Manager to join our fast-growing team. In this hands-on role, you will manage daily on/offline logistics, coordinate with 3PL partners, oversee inventory and returns, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery to provide an exceptional customer experience.

The position is full-time in our Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with our 3PL partners to ensure seamless and efficient daily operations

• Oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory stock-in, order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and issue resolution

• Coordinate closely with third-party logistics providers and carriers to guarantee timely, cost-effective deliveries

• Monitor and analyze shipping performance metrics, proactively identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement

• Manage the returns process by overseeing returns providers and coordinating with our 3PL to ensure smooth handling

• Lead and supervise physical air-freight/sea-freight inbound and/or local returns processing activities at our 3PL facilities to maintain quality and efficiency

Who You Are

• Professionally fluent in Cantonese/English

• Bonus: Professionally fluent in Japanese

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in which consist of minimum 2 years’ managerial capacity; we shall tailor the role to match your seniority and skills

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software and tools
