Senior IT Manager

Job Description：

Ø  Install, configure and maintain server hardware and operating systems

Ø  Monitor server performance, optimize resource allocation, and ensure high availability

Ø  Configure and manage network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure stable network connections and optimize bandwidth allocation

Ø  Manage data storage systems to ensure data availability and integrity

Ø  Develop and implement backup strategies and regularly test data recovery processes

Ø  Configure firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS), and VPNs to prevent unauthorized access

Ø  Regularly update system patches and antivirus software to respond to the latest threats

Ø  Monitor network traffic in real time to identify abnormal behavior or potential attacks

Ø  Quickly respond to security incidents, analyze the source of attacks, and take remedial measures

Ø  Quickly diagnose hardware, software, or network problems and provide solutions

Ø  Ensure that IT systems comply with industry regulations

Requirements：

Ø  Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science/Information Systems or related majors

Ø  At least 5 years of experience in network and infrastructure management

Ø  Familiar with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server, NG firewall management, SAN storage management, virtualization solutions and backup solution implementation

Ø  Familiar with the development and operation of securities and futures trading systems

Ø  Familiar with Heng Sheng trading system and trading APP

Ø  Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with personnel at all levels

Ø  Good team spirit, proactive, independent work, strong sense of responsibility, strong organizational skills

Ø  Good written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
