Senior Finance Supervisor (Credit Control)

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate the creditability of the potential clients (incl. company search).
• Monitor the credit limit and report the credit risk of any irregularities.
• Review customer profiles and perform all AR related settlement in the system.
• Work closely with internal departments for customer validation and invoice processing
• Prepare AR ageing reports for the Management weekly and as requested.
• Distribute statement of account to all clients and perform dunning calls to chase all overdue payments.
• Provide invoices, credit notes and receipts as requested by clients.
• Liaise with external customers on accounting matters.
• Reconcile GL a/cs relating to AR and prepare monthly schedules.
• Present constructive ideas for the improvement of ongoing credit control system.
• Assist in annual audit for information collection
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in Accounting preferred
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Finance department, including 3 years in account receivable management / credit control team.
• Proficiency in PC knowledge (MS Word and Excel)
• Sound knowledge of PowerSuite will have definite advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Well-organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, independent and responsible
• Immediate available is preferred
