Senior Estimator

SENIOR ESTIMATOR

Requirements:

Degree in Building Construction & Management or equivalent;

Minimum 8 years relevant experience in tender estimation, preferably with Building project experience;

Familiar with Microsoft Office is essential;

Immediate availability is preferred;

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

Responsibilities:   

Study tender documents and drawings, prepare checklists and submission documents;

Prepare project budgets, cost estimates, tendering
