Senior / Assistant Customer Services Supervisor - 3P Logistics (Non - Shift)

We are seeking Senior / Assistant Customer Services Supervisors to join our team.

 About the Role:

• Manage and perform supervision on a team
• Responsible for Shipment/Order management and Inventory Management in WMS
• Handling customer’s inquiries, claims, complaints, quotations and overseas agent correspondence
• Resolve problems concerning transportation or logistics activities or customer complaints
• Provide timely and accurate reports
• Prepare quotation and create SOP/Work Instruction for ad-hoc projects
• Coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure operational efficiency and meet customer satisfaction
• Perform UAT testing

About You:

• HKCEE / HKALE/ HKDSE / Diploma or above
• Minimum five year's relevant experience in handling customer correspondence / customer relations in logistics field
• Self-motivated, proactive team player and willing to learn and take challenge
• Dynamic and customer driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently under pressure and work in warehouses
• High proficiency in MS office applications
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will also be considered as Assistant Customer Services Supervisor
• Immediate available is preferred
