Senior Aftersales Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Aftersales team, P&A sales and operation to ensure high-quality service delivery to our customers. Lead and build a strong After Sales Service Team, maintaining team morale.
• Prepare and implement the aftersales strategic plans to achieve targets
• Set up and maintain service level standards for operations to improve and maintain excellent service quality Ensure teams follow and maintain service level standards in operations, and comply with related ordinance
• Communicate efficiently with principals to have regular programs that
• Push P&A progress vs targets, and take prompt corrective reactions when needed, focus on increasing company’s profitability
• Build and strengthen healthy relationships with principals and business partners
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up with VIP
• Work closely with S&M teams to achieve targets
• Handle any ad hoc projects as needed

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or above. Engineering academic background will be an advantage
• Minimum 5 years’ experiences in vehicles service operations with 3 years’ supervisory experiences.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills
• Good command in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
