Senior Accountant

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including daily account entries inputs, preparation of accounting vouchers, AP/AR follow up, billing, general ledger, etc;
• Preparation and analysis of all account reconciliation, schedules and preparation of monthly financial statement;
• Reconciliation PRC and HK accounting GAAP;
• Reconcile inventory movement and make necessary adjustments for Hong Kong and PRC;
• Handle data checking, data entry and provide routine accounting support;
• Liaise with external auditor on annual audit, tax and statutory requirements.

Qualifications and Required Attributes

• Diploma or Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in accounting field;
• Experience in full set accounting, data entry;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resilience with a strong work ethic.
