Senior Account Clerk

About the role

Jointek Logistics (Hong Kong) Limited, a leading logistics company in Hong Kong, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks and ensuring the financial integrity of our operations in the Kwai Fong area.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare monthly billing
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, statements, and ledgers
• Reconcile bank accounts and perform other account reconciliation tasks
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and analysis
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accounts Clerk or Senior Accounts Clerk in a similar industry
• Strong proficiency in using accounting software and spreadsheet applications
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
• Thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
• Relevant accounting qualifications or certifications would be an advantage
