Job Description :

• Provide technical expertise in supporting Security technology
• Assign to complete technical tasks including Project implementation, Project documentation and Post-sales maintenance
• Perform daily system monitoring, helpdesk support and troubleshooting of Security solution
• Documentation and housekeeping
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of the latest threats, vulnerabilities, mitigation and industry best practices

 Job Requirements :

• Higher Diploma in Cyber Security or equivalent IT qualifications
• Experience with implementation of security technologies including but not limited to Firewall, VPN, EDR, NDR, DLP, IPS, Anti-Virus, APT
• Handle customer support maintenance in Office-hours, Non-office hours
• Certification in Security Vendor Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks or Information Security disciplines CISA, CEH will be an advantage
• Knowledge and hand-on experience in security project migration would be an advantage  
• Good analytical, problem solving and communication skills, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Proactive and initiative, able to complete job assignment independently with min supervision and meet tight deadline
• Good at English, Mandarin and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Service Engineer
