Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lifecycle of access badges and credentials (creation, issue, activate, modify, recertification and deactivation) ensuring seamless onboarding, offboarding and visitor experiences.
  • Execute the established process for managing lost, stolen, or damaged access badges, including immediate credential deactivation, incident logging, and issuing replacements.
  • Maintain acurate records of all badging activities, incidents, and exceptions.
  • Generating reports from the access systems in line with monthly schedule and ad-hoc requirements.
  • Liaise with Human Resources, Protective Security, Executive Assistants, and business line managers to ensure access levels are appropriate, reviewed regularly, and updated promptly following any change in an individual ; role or employment status.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a physical security or access control role.
  • Experience within a corporate or customer service working environment.
  • Ability to use information technology applications including email, Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and other security applications.
  • Ability to understand and apply physical security principles and processes particularly relating to managing identities and access.
  • Good written communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
