Sample Librarian

Main Role:

Manage samples (knitwears) in our sample archives and showrooms, ensuring organized and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage receiving, borrowing, and returning of samples by design, sales teams, and clients.

● Maintain clear and accurate records of all samples.

● Perform cataloging and database management of sweater samples.

● Care for samples through proper storage, environmental control, gentle cleaning if needed, and regular inspection.

● Respond to internal and external enquiries; assist with sample retrieval.

● Continuously enhance the archival system for better sample management.

Qualifications:

● Diploma or higher qualification in administration, library science, apparel, textiles, or related fields.

● 2- 5 years of working experience in library, archival, sample management, textile or fashion industry.

● Knowledge in Apparel, Sweater,Textile or Fashion Retail would be an advantage;

● Systematic and details-oriented skills.

● Good communication skills for handling enquiries.

● Interest or knowledge in fashion and trends is a plus.

● Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
