Sales Operation Manager

What you’ll be doing?

• Lead an energetic team for performing sales administration tasks and providing customer services, including handle and resolve the inquiries and complaints
• Recommend and implement strategies to maintain high standards of customers services and smooth operation flow
• Enforce and drive on initiation for new Projects in operational part and problem solving to manage stakeholders expectations
• Supervise daily operations and monitor the performance of the teammates
• Support on operational execution and planning on sales leads assignment on sales information system functions for different teams

Who are they looking for?

• Degree holder or above in any disciplines
• With at least 5 years’ customer services or/and sales experiences preferably in digital media or e-commence industry
• Knowledge of payment Integration, online media and corporate operation is an advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, mature, pleasant and organized
• Ability to analyze problems, issues and make sound logical decisions and plans
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese typing

Working Hour:

• 5 days work week (9.00am - 6.00pm)
