Sales Associate (Luxury brand) (strong in 客戶服務) 月入3萬+ (歡迎應屆畢業生/IANG) -普通話流利

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering a personalized and elevated shopping experience for clients.

• Drive sales by understanding customer needs, recommending products, and achieving monthly sales targets.
• Manage inventory, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and ensuring visual displays align with brand standards.
• Process transactions, handle product packaging, and maintain store cleanliness.

• Support in-store events and promotions to enhance brand engagement.
   

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or customer-centric roles (e.g., concierge, flight attendants).

• Fresh grad will also consider

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) & basic in Cantonese.

• Proven ability to work in a team, prioritize customer satisfaction, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Strong in customer service, attention to detail, and a polished professional demeanor.
