Sales Associate

Responsible for:

1. Support daily operations of the shop
2. Provide a seamless and personalised shopping experience for each customer
3. Achieve optimum sales targets and KPI targets
4. Ensure the store's visual presentation and merchandising standards are upheld
5. Participate in inventory management and product replenishment as required

6. Contribute to team efforts and supporting colleagues as needed

   
   

Requirements

1. Proven experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
3. Strong product knowledge and a passion for the luxury lifestyle and fashion industry
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
5. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
6. Fluency in Cantonese is required, with proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred
7. Looking for someone with a can-do attitude and hands-on approach

8. Passionate in retail or service oriented industry
