SALES ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities :

• Provide customer service in a professional manner
• Assist in store operations as assigned
• Handle customer inquiries and provide recommendations
• Maintain long-term relationship with potential customers
• Maximize sales to achieve store sales target
• other duties as assigned

 REQUIREMENTS: 

• Minimum 2 years relevant retail experience in luxury brands or similar.
• Good presentation with excellent interpersonal, teamwork & communication skills. Open to feedback and able to deliver messages in a positive manner
• Good sense of luxury and client-centric
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient PC skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, and Excellent command of Mandarin would be an advantage
• Shift duties will be required.
