MISSION
As part of our retail extension in APAC we are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and dynamic people to join our retail team. If you are looking for an opportunity to enter the world of contemporary, high-jewelry and craftmanship with the ambition to grow with us, the role offers the opportunity to be part of the retail launch of the brand in Hong Kong.
As Sales Associate of Vhernier you will be an ambassador of the brand inside the boutique, as well as outside at external events. Your mission is to build up trusted relationships with clients and deliver a unique client experience throughout their journey with the brand. You will contribute by developing a deep understanding and knowledge of the brand to convey its distinct DNA, recognizable craftmanship and innovation in all its creations. You will be part of a dynamic team, transmitting and sharing knowledge with the other team members, actively participating in the day-to-day boutique life.
RESPONSIBILITIES
CLIENT EXPERIENCE & SALES PERFORMANCE
· Act as brand ambassador, inside and outside the boutique, help to increase brand awareness in the market
· Deliver a unique and exceptional client experience, inside and outside of the boutique
· Master the selling ceremony: welcome, discover and understand, convince and close, development
· Deliver the individual sales targets, and support the achievements of the team objectives
· Support the CRM objectives and execute actions, actively develop the client portfolio with a long-term focus on increasing loyalty and spending
· Assist and support clients with after sales services, aiming at strengthening long-term relations
STOCK MANAGEMENT & MERCHANDISING
· Provide feedback in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving and monitoring floor stock;
· Actively carry responsibility for exceptional visual merchandising, implementing required guidelines. Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
· Assist in the inventory process, including i.e. stock counting and special projects as needed
· Handle products, incoming and outgoing, maintain pricing and changes when required
BOUTIQUE OPERATIONS, GUIDELINES & CASH MANAGEMENT
· Follow and promote all group, brand and boutique policies and procedures at all times
· Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash records at the register
· Represent and promote the values of the brand, wear the brand uniform, adhere to the grooming guidelines and maintain a representative and professional image
· Comply with all safety regulations and boutique operational procedures including security
REQUIREMENTS
SOFT SKILLS
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· High self-awareness and ability to work in a team, confidence to handle high-value transactions
· High level of self-organization, sense of detail and responsibility
· Flexible, pro-active and “can-do” attitude, self-starter with high intrinsic motivation
· Sense of luxury and digital savviness
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
· Minimum 3 years of working experience in luxury retail, services or hospitality, University degree preferred
· The ideal candidate has experience working in international companies
· Eloquent and fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
· Computer and digital skills, experienced in social media (IG, Red Note)
