Sales Associate (鑑定師 (二手中古品) / 12 days AL)

Our client, a Japanese retail company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Sales associate

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in shop daily operations such as handling purchase process and reply inquiry
• Provide customer service and build rapport with customers
• Communicate with appraisers for purchase process
• On job training is provided
• 主要負責在店鋪對顧客帶來的名牌商品（手袋，手錶等）、珠寶進行估價，以及溝通收購金額。 會進行在職培訓

Requirements:

• HKDSE Level 2 in 5 New Senior Secondary School Subjects or F.7 standard or above.
• Experience in customer service or second hand luxury resale market is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Basic computer skills
• Interested in branded items
• Good communication skills and willing to learn
