Sales Associate 銷售員 (Furniture)

Job duties:

• Assist customers in using Taobao App and online purchase
• Handle enquiries and solve problems for customers
• Collaborate with Marketing and Management Team to achieve monthly sales target
• Tidy up display products
• Assist in stocktaking

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge in Taobao App and consolidated shipping (集運) is necessary
• At least 2 years' retail sales experience, preferably in furniture and online store
• Passion in technology, online shopping is preferred
• Form 5 graduate or above with good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Good team player with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
