Responsibilities

- Responsible for promoting and selling travel packages

- Handle inquiries and guide customers through the booking journey

- Provide administrative support such as process bookings, collect payments etc

Requirements:

- F.5 or above. Diploma or Degree holder in Travel or Tourism or equivalent is preferable. Fresh graduate is welcome

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS office application and Chinese work processing

- Willing to work on shift
