Sales and Operations Officer

Responsibilities:

Prepare customer documents, filing and support finance billing works
Assist in system master setup to ensure smooth sales operations
Follow up sales order and coordinate with different functional teams
Provide sales administrative and clerical supports
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
5.5 days work (alternative Saturday)

Requirements:

HKDSE or above
Preferred candidates with 1-2 years working experiences in order processing or sales support roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel.
Knowledge of SAP systems will be desirable
Experienced in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) / retail industry preferred
Sensitive to numbers, good communication and interpersonal skills
Well organized, sense of responsibility and detail-minded
