Mirnar Traders Limited is a reputable trading company specializing in branded and luxury goods. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales manager.
- Prepare comprehensive order, sales, and purchase reports using MS Excel.
- Prepare all sales invoices, packing list, delivery notes, etc. under the sales’ supervision.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to oversee all communications with key suppliers and customers.
- Monitor, keep record and follow up on customers’ payment status.
- Assist in business development and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by sales manager.
Qualifications
- Degree holder preferred.
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred. Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- Business-level proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
- Strong team player.
