About Us

Mirnar Traders Limited is a reputable trading company specializing in branded and luxury goods. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales manager.
  • Prepare comprehensive order, sales, and purchase reports using MS Excel.
  • Prepare all sales invoices, packing list, delivery notes, etc. under the sales’ supervision.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to oversee all communications with key suppliers and customers.
  • Monitor, keep record and follow up on customers’ payment status.
  • Assist in business development and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by sales manager.

Qualifications

  • Degree holder preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience preferred.  Fresh graduates with a positive attitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese.
  • Business-level proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous.
  • Strong team player.
