Safety Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Exercise the duties of a Safety Supervisor as laid down in the Factories and Industrial Undertakings (Safety Officers and Safety Supervisors)(Amendment)Regulations;
• Implement all site safety requirements as laid down in the Health and Safety Policy and the Project Safety Plan;
• Take action to rectify unsafe conditions and practices and to implement safety measures;
• Provide support to safety officers in all accident / incident investigations;
• Any other duties as instructing by his/her supervisors

Requirements:

• Minimum Form 5 level;
• Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health or Holder of Safety and Health (Construction) Course Certificate by OSHC or other approved training organizations is a must;
• 1 years solid site safety experience in large scale construction projects is preferred, fresh graduate will be considered;
• PC skill in MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint would be an advantage;
• Well organized, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is preferred.
