About the Role:


This Trainee Programme aims to identify, nurture, and empower high-caliber fresh graduates to prepare them into skilled professionals within KPay. Upon successful completion of the 1-year program, the young talents will be promoted to the position of Assistant Manager.

After an initial training and development period at our Hong Kong office, this role offers an exciting opportunity for frequent travel to our Japan office. There, you will continue your journey with KPay by directly contributing to the growth of our Revenue Operations Department. This international exposure will not only enhance your professional experience but also offer you the chance to immerse yourself in the dynamic Japanese market and culture.


Responsibilities:


Strategy Planning

  • Develop revenue growth strategies and initiatives for new sales.
  • Conduct data and market analysis to identify opportunities for new revenue opportunities.
  • Align cross-functional teams on revenue goals and objectives.


Sales Operations

  • Manage sales processes and systems to improve efficiency.
  • Analyse sales data to provide insights for strategy development.
  • Support the sales team with training, tools, and resources.


Go-To-Market (GTM) & Campaign Management

  • Develop GTM plans with payment networks, and other partners to achieve targets.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with partnership teams to enhance service offerings.
  • Collaborate on joint marketing and promotional initiatives.


Performance Monitoring

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess sales team performance and productivity.
  • Establish regular feedback mechanisms to help sale teams improve and achieve their goals.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor degree or above or equivalent from a recognised university. All disciplines are welcomed.
  • Relevant work experience or internship experience at start-up would be a plus.
  • Overseas experience is highly preferred, i.e. exchange program, or study aboard for a Master's degree.
  • Strong proficiency in Japanese is essential (JLPT N2 or above), with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional business setting
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Spreadsheet or other data analysis tools.
  • Proactive and self-motivated in taking on new challenges.
