Retail Shop / Counter Manager (Full Time)

We are seeking an experienced Retail Shop / Counter Manager to oversee the operations of our retail stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing retail's profitability. He/she will lead a team to develop and implement sales strategies, and maintain a positive work environment.


Role Overview:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve shop targets and maximize profitability.
• Drive sales in shop to maximise on opportunities by using creative ideas and initiatives
• Provide professional advice and support to customers
• Develop a customer database for in-store launches and key sales activity
• Ensure that effective stock management processes and counter merchandizing tidiness
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for store staff
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate promotional activities, new product launches, and inventory planning
• Follow and ensure store operations are under ghd company procedures

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of retail sales plus management experience is essential
• Possess knowledge in hair styling is a preferred
• Demonstrate energy and resilience to work in an agile retail environment
• Be sales driven and familiar with beauty / hair / fashion market and trends
• Has a passion for learning and is willing to be trained on new products and services for the needs of the business
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
