JOB SUMMARY
The Operation Assistant is supporting the Assistant Manager, Retail Operations, Asia in driving our Customer Experience, Operational Excellence and ultimately Driving Results. He/she will partner with cross-functional teams and retail store teams to ensure a consistent approach towards brand experiences. He/she also plays a key role in building and maintaining company standards for our stores both internally and with partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support general admin works between stores and retail office to achieve operational excellence
· Handle retail expenses with vendors and cost assignment via Open Text system on a regular basis
· Support the Assistant Manager, Retail Operations to handle customer enquiries/complaints, provide solution in timely manner via emails, follow-ups and updates
· Prepare store reports and market search analysis for management
· Arrange boutique visit on a regular base to understand retail and market practices
· Assist in updating store operations SOP and operation manual on a regular basis
· Liaise with external vendors and internal departments regarding store maintenance status
· Support retail team for the preparation of sales event, store project, training, CRM activities and ad hoc assignment
EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
· 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced fashion retail environment
· Understanding of store operations (POS, inventory, policies & procedures) is a plus
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Highly collaborative style and ability to understand and synthesize the needs of various stakeholders
· Good time management, planning and organization skills
· Self-motivation and ability to take initiative
· Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
· Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
