Project title:    Design and Construction of a Community Health Centre Building in Shek Kip Mei

Currie & Brown is currently looking for Resident Survey Officer (Quantity) (RSO(Q)) for our Hong Kong office. The successful candidate will work on-site to assist the Resident Quantity Surveyor duties.

Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements:

Diploma or Higher Certificate from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong (CIC)/ Hong Kong Institute of Construction (HKIC)/ Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE)/ Technical institute which was/is a member of VTC (TI)/ Technical college which was/is a member of VTC(TC)/ Polytechnic university/ polytechnic in Hong Kong (poly) or equivalent in an appropriate discipline.

The duties in relation to the services of the RSO(Q) shall include, but not limited to, the following:

(a)   Provision of relevant technical support to RSS at professional ranks or above in the delivery of their actions of the representative or delegate of the Project Manager/Cost Manager as appropriate under the Works Contract as assigned by the Consultant;

(b)   Provision of technical support to RSS at professional ranks or above in the delivery of their other assigned duties associated with the Works Contract and the project for:

(i)               assessment of payments, compensation events/variations/claims, defined costs and fees target prices, pain-gain shares, etc.

(ii)              dispute avoidance and resolution

(iii)             site measurement

(iv)            financial forecasting

(v)              BIM

(vi)            resolution of project risks and site problems

(vii)           performance monitoring of the Contractor and their subcontractors and suppliers

(viii)          quantity management

(ix)            monitoring of achievement of objectives, targets and key performance indicators

(x)              co-ordination and liaison with other relevant parties

(xi)            record keeping and verification, etc.

(c)    Collaboration with other RSS ranks for delivery of the Works Contract and the project in safe, efficient and cost effective manner with good quality; and

(d)   Other duties related to this contract, the Works Contract or the project as may be assigned by the head of the RSS team, their supervisors, RSS at professional ranks or above and the Consultant from time to time.

偉歷信現正招聘具備下列基本入職資格的駐地盤工料測量主任。受聘人會在地盤協助駐地盤工料測量師處理糧單，工程估算及布有關合約事宜等。

最低資歷：

(a)    持有香港建造業議會（CIC）/香港建造學院（HKIC）/香港專業教育學院（IVE）/職業訓練局成員院校（TI）/科技學院(TC) /香港理工大學（PolyU）或香港其他理工學院（Poly）頒發的文憑或高級證書，或具備相關學科的同等學歷。

獲聘後的職責和責任將包括但不限於以下內容：

(a)    向專業級別或以上的駐地盤人員提供相關技術支援，以履行其作為被指派方的代表或委託人的職責。 成本管理適用於顧問指派的工程合同;

(b)    向專業級別或以上的駐地盤人員提供技術支援，以履行其作為被指派方的代表或委託人的職責。 成本管理適用於顧問指派的工程合同;

(i)                評估付款、補償事件/變更/索賠, 界定直接成本, 目標成本及攤分節省工程費或分擔超支機制;

(ii)              避免和解決爭議;

(iii)            測量地盤工程進度;

(iv)             財務預測;

(v)              建築資訊模型（BIM）;

(vi)            解決專案風險和現場問題;

(vii)           對承包商及其分包商和供應商的績效監控;

(viii)         品質管理;

(ix)            監控目標、指標和關鍵績效指標的實現情況;

(x)              與其他相關方的協調和聯絡;

(xi)            記錄保存和驗證等;

(c)    與其他駐地盤人員級別的同事合作，以安全、高效、經濟且高品質的方式交付工程合同和專案; 以及

(d)    根據駐地盤人員團隊負責人、其上級、專業級別或以上的駐地盤人員和顧問的指派，執行與本協定、工程合同或專案相關的其他職責。
