Resident Building Services Inspector (Ref._20159RBSI)

We are looking for the following experienced site staff who is capable of carrying out supervision and co-ordination works for Haven of Hope Sister Annie Skau Holistic Care Centre Extension Project at Haven of Hope Terrace, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories: -

• A Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / City University of Hong Kong / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Technological and Higher Education Institute of Hong Kong (THEi) / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent.

• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent

  [Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

• Minimum 10 years’ relevant site experience including 6 years post-qualification experience in the capacity of E&M / building services inspection work.

• Experience in hospital, elderly home and institutional building projects is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Well organized and can work independently.

• Able to lead the contractors, monitor and supervise the site installation works.

• Travel to Mainland China is required for factory visit occasionally.

Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 24 months commencing from mid of August 2025 tentatively with possible extension subject to works condition. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
