Job Description

Job Purpose:

To provide efficient counter support to the Head Office in a way which promotes positive image to the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

·            Provide office coordination support;

·            Provide customer services and reception services at the Head Office including answering telephone calls and enquiries, visitor greetings, tender boxes and other reception counter services;

·            Perform logistics, administrative and clerical support duties;

·            Participate in ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior;

·            Participate in projects/tasks as assigned in Agency and Division levels.

Requirements:

·            Diploma or above;

·            At least 1 year of experience in office administration or similar role;

·            Flexible mindset with good communication skills at all levels;

·            Able to handle multiple tasks independently;

·            Good command of English and Chinese;

·            Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
