Job Description

Provide reception services to all clients, guests, and visitors.

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answering and filtering incoming telephone calls and inquiries, taking messages, and routing calls.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area.
  • Sorting and distributing daily incoming and outgoing faxes, mails, correspondences, and couriers.
  • Manage meeting rooms and schedules.
  • Monitoring and secure office key entrances to prevent unauthorized entries.
  • Assisting in administrative duties.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.
