Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Routine Reception Operations
- Greet and welcome all employees, visitors, and VIP guests with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy
- Maintain a polished, organized reception area at all times and conduct daily checks on common areas, pantry, and supplies to maintain a tidy workspace
- Manage front desk operations including answering and routing calls, incoming and outcoming courier and document handling, visitor logs management, etc.
- Manage meeting room bookings and prepare meeting materials, such as name tags, refreshments and beverages.
- Timely report facility or equipment issues to supervisors and liaise with building management as needed
2. VIP & Guest Experience & Image Management
- Serve as the first point of contact during VIP visits, high-profile meetings and corporate events
- Represent the company’s image with proper attire, gestures, and welcoming presence
- Proactively anticipate client and guest needs, offering services and guidance such as assistance with logistics and dietary request and local guidance to ensure a seamless experience
- Support food and beverage service during meetings and internal events
3. Event Support
- Assist in the preparation and execution of various corporate events, including but not limited to meetings, anniversity, seminars and staff activities.
- Handle pre-event preparations such as logistics, venue setup, and related administrative coordination
- Provide on-site support during events, including guest guidance, registration management, material distribution, and handling ad hoc requests
- Assist with post-event tasks, including inventory checks, venue restoration, and documentation organization
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above, with at least 8 years’ experience in corporate reception and client-facing environments, hospitality, or aviation preferred
- Cheerful, independent, flexible, presentable and service-oriented
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive in daily coordination with a strong personal image and knowledge of professional etiquette
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, good command in English
Working Hours:
Rotating shift schedule with teammate (monthly basis):
Shift 1: Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
Shift 2: Wednesday to Sunday: 9am to 6pm
